There is still a whole lot of stigma attached, when it comes to men speaking out about any mental health issues they are experiencing, ie depression, suicidal thoughts etc. Sam Webb is the owner of Livinorg which is a mental health awareness group designed to help other people realise that they are not alone, and that with the right support they can get through it. Unfortunately Sam' very close friend committed suicide back in 2013, on the same night he opened up and told Sam about his depression, this inspired Sam to create Livinorg.
